Product pages describe the files, formats, compatibility information, and price offered at the time of purchase. Please review those details before ordering. Checkout is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout and may also be subject to that provider's terms.

We may correct pricing or description errors and may decline or cancel an order affected by an obvious error, suspected fraud, or legal restriction. If a completed payment is cancelled by us, the amount paid for that order will be refunded.

Products are delivered electronically after successful payment. You are responsible for supplying a working email address, downloading files while access is available, and checking that the listed file formats work with your software or device.

A purchase gives you a limited right to use the product; it does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property. Unless a product page states different terms, the Digital Product Licence applies.

Because files are delivered digitally, refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, together with any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The site may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or independent practices of services we do not control.

Products and the site are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits a right or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
