Privacy Policy

When you make a purchase or retrieve a download, we may process your email address, order reference, purchased products, payment status, transaction amount and currency, and download activity. Our payment provider processes your payment details; Rohith AI Labs does not receive or store your complete card number.

When you contact us, we receive the information included in your message. The site and its service providers may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and activity on the site.

To show prices in your local currency, your browser looks up your country from your IP address using country.is at most once a day, and remembers only the country on your device. We only receive the currency you check out in.

We use information to operate the storefront, process and verify orders, deliver files, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, understand site performance, comply with legal obligations, and improve our products and services.

When you ask for a free product, such as the 7-Day Reset Meal Plan or a free sample cookbook, we store your email address, which product you asked for, the time of your request, and whether you ticked “Email me when there’s something new”. We use it to send you the product’s download link and, only if you ticked the box, occasional emails about new products, each with an unsubscribe link. To have your email deleted, contact us.

When you join a mailing list, such as the From the Lab newsletter or a beta waitlist, we store your email address, the list, the page you signed up on, the time and version of the consent text you saw, and whether you have confirmed. We email you a confirmation link, and you are only subscribed once you click it. We use your email only for that list, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Our email provider, Resend, sends the confirmation message. Sign-ups that are never confirmed are deleted after 30 days. If you unsubscribe, we keep only what is needed to honour that choice. To have your email deleted, contact us.

If you tick “Email me a reminder if I don't finish” at checkout, we save your email address, the products in your cart (never their prices), the date and the marketing source you arrived from, and send at most two reminder emails about that cart. This is the only email we send you from that tick, there is no confirmation step, and every reminder has a one-click unsubscribe. “Save cart for later” sends a single link back to your cart and no reminders. Saved carts are deleted after 30 days.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. If advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's previous visits to this site or other sites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve personalized ads where permitted.

You can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Where consent is required, advertising and related storage will be controlled through a consent message. You can revisit the available privacy choices from that message.

We also run a small first-party analytics counter on our own servers. It records page views and shopping events (for example, viewing a product or starting checkout) without cookies, without your IP address, and without your name or email. If you accept analytics cookies, events from one visit can be linked together by a random identifier; if you decline, each page view stands alone. These records are deleted after 30 days.

We share information only as needed with providers that help run the storefront, including website hosting and database services, payment processing, order fulfilment, email delivery, analytics, advertising, security, and fraud prevention. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, support, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards required by applicable law. The storefront is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
